Gingerbread Man Hunt!

The children just loved this Gingerbread man hunt!  We read this book and at the end read a message from the gingerbread man.  The gingerbread man said he has gone to read lots of books.  So the children guess he must be in the library and we go to the library to look for him. We then continue to look around the school to find the gingerbread man.  All the teachers help with keeping this secret.  Every time we follow the clues to another space the gingerbread man has left another clue.  At the end the gingerbread man left a little paper gingerbread man for each child. The children just loved this activity. These photos are of the children searching, looking and asking teachers if they have seen the gingerbread man!
