Science - floating and sinking

We had such a fantastic science lesson.  Sue Ballard, a middle school teacher came and taught us science about density, sinking and floating. Before each fruit was placed into the water the students predicted if it would sink or float.  Then we observed what happened.  The students loved this lesson and began to predict more accurately as we tried out different fruit.  Thanks Sue for this wonderful class!
