Designing a playground

We have two playground consultants, Susan Goltsman and Tod Hara.  They have asked for student input about what makes a great playground.  We know that children are the experts at play.  Today we did 2 activities.  We showed the children many playground images. They discussed these playground ideas and chose their favorite three.  In addition they designed alone or with a partner their most idea and fun playground activity.  They loved being the designers and had so many excellent ideas.
